RyanTatzel has an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Masters in Real Estate Finance from NYU. While at Notre Dame he co-founded a company that developed a new technology to control light and heat transmission through windows. The company won several grants from the National Science Foundation to scale the technology and was later sold to a private equity backed group. After that he led business development for an AI enterprise automation company founded by a Harvard professor. He helped scale the company from 10 to 100 employees.
For the last several years he has been in senior leadership positions at real estate firms leading and executing the asset repositioning strategy for several large projects including ground up development. This included everything from the initial strategy, financial underwriting, hiring and managing an internal team and the consulting team (architects, engineers, leasing, legal, marketing, etc.), capital sourcing strategy, operations management, and construction management.
